TO AMEND CHAPTER 929, WATER CONNECTIONS AND RATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna is a master meter community and purchases the City's water and sewer treatment from the City of Columbus; and
WHEREAS, when the City of Columbus amends their water/sewer rates it impacts all master meter communities; and
WHEREAS, the City's code will need to be modified to reflect those changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 929, Water Connections and Rates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 929, Water Connections and Rates, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
