TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LYING IN LOT 2 OF THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE, NEAR GAHANNA PARKWAY AND CLAYCRAFT ROADS; CONTAINING 352 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS

WHEREAS, American Electric Power Company needs to construct electric lines to provide service to Lot 2 of the Industrial Zone which will be outside of an existing easement; and
WHEREAS, the lines shall be constructed within the limits of a ten foot wide strip of land, the centerline being the underground cable as installed and the approximate location of said line shown on the attached drawing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Easement and Right of Way Agreement with American Electric Power Company for property lying in Lot 2 of The Industrial Zone; in the vicinity of Gahanna Parkway and Claycraft Roads and containing 352 square feet, more or less, said agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
