WHEREAS, a deed of easement has been given to the City of Gahanna by Walter H. Wilke Sr. for road right of way purposes on Johnstown Road; and
WHEREAS, a deed of easement has been recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on July 2, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts DEED OF EASEMENT granted by WALTER H. WILKE SR, for right of way purposes on Johnstown Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force , for the reasons stated in the preamble herein above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation, and shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and upon date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
