TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 17, INDUSTRIAL ZONE, NEAR TAYLOR STATION ROAD, 10 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND

WHEREAS, American Electric Power Company needs to set a new pole near Taylor Station Road, Lot 17, Industrial Zone, out of existing right of way; and
WHEREAS, the lines shall be constructed within the limits of a ten foot wide strip of land, the centerline being the underground cable as installed beneath the surface of the ground; approximate location of said line shown on attached drawing; part of easement being on one lot and part on the other;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Easement and Right of Way Agreement with American Electric Power Company for property located at Lot 17, Industrial Zone, near Taylor Station Road; said agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
