TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOT 74 OF CLARMAN HEIGHTS; FROM RONALD L AND CAROL A STULTS.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer was obtained in 1977 from Ronald L. and Carol A. Stults; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on October 20, 1977 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Ronald L. and Carol A. Stults, for utility purposes on Lot 74 of Clarman Heights, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
