TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH THE FRANKLIN COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH FOR HEALTH SERVICES IN THE CITY OF GAHANNA FOR THE 2009 FISCAL YEAR.

WHEREAS, the City has a continuing program with the Franklin County Board of Health for health services in the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Franklin County Board of Health for health services in the City of Gahanna for the 2009 fiscal year, said agreement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO DOLLARS ($195,382) will be set aside in the 2009 appropriations to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
