WHEREAS, the City has received deed of conservation easement for property located at 312 James Road; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on June 25, 2008; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Clean Ohio Conservation Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Clean Ohio Conservation Easement for property located at 312 James Road; Quit Claim Deed attached as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
