TO ACCEPT MISCELLANEOUS PARCELS OF LAND KNOWN AS 4433 JOHNSTOWN ROAD FROM JAMES M. RYAN, JAMES M. RYAN AND CAROLYN P. RYAN, AND JAMES M. RYAN, TRUSTEE OF JAMES M. RYAN FAMILY TRUST I, II, III, IV, AND V; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, several parcels of land have been purchased on Johnstown Road from the Ryan family; and
WHEREAS, in order to have control of development and management of this property, it is desirable and necessary that this Council accept this land at the earliest possible date, all for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts several parcels of land from JAMES M. RYAN, JAMES M. RYAN AND CAROLYN P. RYAN, AND JAMES M. RYAN, TRUSTEE OF JAMES M. RYAN FAMILY TRUST I, II, III, IV, and V, as follows:
EXHIBIT AA - "Deed of Executor, Administrator, Trustee, Guardian, Receiver or Commissioner" - Parcel No. 170-001838. Being 1.510 acre of land and a 0.8732 parcel of land and being more fully described on Exhibit "A," incorporated therein by reference and made a part thereof.
EXHIBIT BB - "Deed of Executor, Administrator, Trustee, Guardian, Receiver or Commissioner" - Parcel No. 170-001819. Being 5.02 parcel of land and being more fully described on Exhibit "A," incorporated therein by reference and made a part thereof.
EXHIBIT CC - "General Warranty Deed" - Parcel No. 170-001105. Being a 5.1903 parcel of land and being more fully described on Exhibit "A", incorporated therein and by reference made a part thereof.
EXHIBIT DD - "Quit-Claim Deed" - Parcels No. 170-001819 and 170-001838. Being a 5.02 acre, a 1.510 acre, and a 0.8732 acre parcel of land and being more fully described on Exhibit "A" incorporated therein and by reference made a part thereof
