Title

TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN THE LYNNE COURT SUBDIVISION; FROM GAHANNA NORTHERN CONSTRUCTORS INC.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1966 from Gahanna Northern Constructors Inc.; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on March 11, 1966 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Gahanna Northern Constructors, Inc., for Sanitary Sewer Improvement in the Lynne Court Subdivision, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
