WHEREAS, the City Attorney has presented a deed to the Council Office from the Hunters Ridge Recreation Association for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
WHEREAS, this acreage being given to the City is for 5.054 acres with frontage on Caroway Boulevard and Fleetrun Avenue and is known as Reserve Q of Hunters Ridge, Section 5; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on April 15, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Quit Claim Deed from Hunters Ridge Recreation Association for 5.054 acres, more or less, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature of approval by the Mayor.
