SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Cherrybottom Road Waterline

WHEREAS, ORD-0290-2000 authorized the awarding of a contract to MJ Excavating Services, Inc., for the Cherrybottom Road Waterline; and
WHEREAS, a mistake was made in that the funds were not encumbered in the year 2000 and carried over; and
WHEREAS, the funds need to be reappropriated for the year 2001 so that this project may be completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THREE Dollars ($402,853) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered unappropriated balance in the the water fund to Account No. 652.351.5596, to cover the herein costs for the Cherrybottom Road Waterline.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
