TO HONOR AND COMMEND MELISSA WHITEHEAD
ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE GIRL SCOUT GOLD AWARD

WHEREAS, MELISSA WHITEHEAD is a member of a Whitehall Girl Scout Troop, but lives in Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, her service project was organizing a bridging for all of the Whitehall Girl Scout service units; and
WHEREAS, MELISSA WHITEHEAD as an exemplary standard for the youth of our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, honor and commend MELISSA WHITEHEAD for her attainment of the Gold Award for Girl Scouts.
Section 2. That MELISSA WHITEHEAD is given heartfelt thanks for being a good citizen and is wished success in her future endeavors.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
