TRANSFER OF FUNDS - Council Laptops

WHEREAS, it is desirable to transfer unspent funds from Net work Capital to Councill Capital for the purpose of purchasing additional laptops for Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.348.5511, Network Capital Project, to Account No. 101.111.5513, Council Capital Project, for the purpose of purchasing additional laptops for Council.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 200001, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect this Transfer of Funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and upon date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
