TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 53 GRANVILLE STREET FOR A FACADE EASEMENT FROM ROBIN RUHL

WHEREAS, a facade easement for property located at 53 Granville Street was obtained in 1994 from Robin Ruhl; and
WHEREAS, said easement was not recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's office until February 9, 2012; and
WHEREAS, once recorded, it is desirable that the City now accepts said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Deed of Easement for a perpetual easement in and to that certain real property and the exterior surfaces on the northern and western exposures; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
