WHEREAS, additional funding is needed in the Street and Sewer accounts to cover salaries through the end of the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($27,768) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to the following accounts:
220.330.5107 Streets FT, Steelworkers $23,742
220.330.5132 Streets, Workers Comp 357
220.330.5138 Streets, Medicare 345
220.330.5131 Streets, PERS 3,324;
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN ($14,977) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to the following accounts:
661.360.5107 Sewer FT, Steelworkers $12,805
661.360.5132 Sewer, Workers Comp 193
661.360.5138 Sewer, Medicare 186
661.360.5131 Sewer, PERS 1,793.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2012, passed January 2, 2012, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
