WHEREAS, SMITH & Hale presented deeds to the Council Office for acceptance at the time of rezoning of certain properties along Morse Road for Triangle Properties, Ltd., and
WHEREAS, those deeds have been recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's Office on November 7, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts two General Warranty Deeds for 0.069 acre, more or less, from Sharon Franks and Richard and Darlene Strait, said Deeds attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
