TO REPEAL ORD-0075-2014, "TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH DARIA PADEGIMAS FOR THE RESIDENTIAL USE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY".

Whereas, ORD-0075-2014 was passed on May 22, 2014, for Lease with Daria Padegimas of certain property on High Street; and
WHEREAS, it was found that another lease agreement was approved for the same property by ORD-0131-1979; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to repeal this ordinance as a new lease is ready to approve, which includes boundaries and provides an overview of the property specifying the properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That ORD-0075-2014, passed by Gahanna City Council on May 22, 2014, is hereby repealed; said legislation attached as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
