TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IN ROCKY FORK HEIGHTS AREA; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer were obtained in 1958 and 1961 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Rocky Fork Inc., and Chesterfield Homes, Inc., for utility purposes in Rocky Fork Heights, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
