TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH OZONE STUDIOS FOR DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF A CITY OF GAHANNA PROMOTIONAL CD ROM.

WHEREAS, the Development Department wishes to have a CD ROM developed for promotional purposes; reports, zoning, and events; and
WHEREAS, funding was appropriated in the 2001 Appropriations for the development of said CD ROM;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with OZONE STUDIES, 193 E. Rich Street, Columbus Ohio 43215, for the design and production of a promotional CD ROM for the Development Department.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) was appropriated in Account No. 101.343.5274, Development Promotions, in the 2001 Appropriations.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
