TO AMEND SECTION 1143.08, YARD REQUIREMENTS, OF CHAPTER 1143, SF-3 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, Council asked Planning Commission to review the Codified Ordinances with regard to fences in No Build Zones; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed this section, and recommended not to change the Code; and
WHEREAS, Council, after review, has decided to move forward with the changes; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on February 3, 2003, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1143.08, Yard Requirements, of Chapter 1143, SF-3 Residential Districts, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1143.08, Yard Requirements, of Chapter 1143, SF-3 Residential Districts, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
