WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Warranty Deed for 1.241 and 1.380 acres of land on Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, this Warranty Deed is for the land being dedicated by Bercley Woods, LLC as the parkland dedication requirement for Bercley Woods; and
WHEREAS, this Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on March 2, 2006; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for 1.241 and 1.380 Acres of land on Hamilton Road; said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
