A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2021 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AREA.
BODY
WHEREAS, earlier this year the City adopted ordinances which established a sidewalk maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, the program area defines the properties that will be part of the sidewalk maintenance program for the year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Council authorizes the 2021 Sidewalk Maintenance Program Area as outlined in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law
