WHEREAS, the City Attorney has presented a Deed to the Council office from MJM Investment Co.; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on July 8, 2008; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for
access for a Walking and Bike Trail in the area of Mill Street; Lintner Park; from MJM Investment Co.; said deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
