TO AMEND ORD-0002-2012, AS AMENDED BY ORD-0017-2012, WHICH PROVIDES RATES OF PAY AND BENEFITS FOR UNCLASSIFIED PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2012, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2012; IN ORDER TO ADD THE NEWLY CREATED POSITION OF GIS TECHNICIAN.

WHEREAS, ORD-0002-2012, as amended by ORD-0017-2012, passed January 2, 2012 established salaries and benefits for the unclassified personnel of the City; and
WHEREAS, due to the creation of the position of the GIS Technician in the Department of Technology, it is deemed necessary to amend said ordinance to provide the salary for this newly created position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Article II, Pay Ranges, of ORD-0002-2012, passed January 2, 2012, as amended by ORD-0017-2012, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
