TO HONOR AND COMMEND ANDREW G. LEFEVRE ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT

WHEREAS, ANDREW G. LEFEVRE is a member of Troop 98 in the Tri-Creek District, Simon Kenton Council, of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, ANDREW G. LEFEVRE joined Pack 98 as a first grader and earned his Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Weblos, and Arrow of Light Badges, as well as both Religious awards for Cub Scout; and
WHEREAS, ANDREW G. LEFEVRE earned all ranks, both religious medals for Boy Scouts, completed 24 merit badges and is working toward a Bronze Eagle; and
WHEREAS, as his service project ANDREW G. LEFEVRE directed 13 youth and several adults in planting 900 flower bulbs at Creekside on Harry Bauer Island; and
WHEREAS, ANDREW G. LEFEVRE serves as an exemplary standard for the youth of our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby honor and commend ANDREW G. LEFEVRE on attainment of the Rank of Eagle Scout.
Section 2. That ANDREW G. LEFEVRE is given heartfelt thanks for being a good citizen and is wished success in all future endeavors.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
