WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a General Warranty Deed from M & M Management Inc., for right of way purposes on Clotts Road; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on May 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the right of way to be $750; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this General Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed for 0.196 acres for right of way purposes on Clotts Road from M & M Management Co.; said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
