WHEREAS, the City was presented with a Limited Warranty Deed from George E. Parker Jr. and Vivian M. Parker, for property along Ridenour Road, for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
 
WHEREAS, this deed is for 7.915 acres along Ridenour Road at the southern end of the Gahanna Municipal Golf Course; and
 
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on May 20, 1996; and
 
WHEREAS, it is noted that restrictions apply to this parcel as outlined in the deed;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Limited Warranty Deed from George E. Parker, Jr. and Vivian M. Parker for 7.915 acres, more or less, along Ridenour Road; said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
 
Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
