WHEREAS, ORD-0214-2001 authorized a contract with ME Companies for the restoration and recovery of Bedford Landfills I and II, Phase IA; and
WHEREAS, ORD-0023-2002 amended said contract to allow an increased scope of services; and
WHERES, funds were removed from prior legislation for the legal portion of this work and is now needed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.181.5235, City Attorney, Landfill Legal Consultant.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this legislation shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and signature approval by the Mayor.
