TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IN WARD SUBDIVISIONS; FROM CHESTERFIELD HOMES INC.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining an 8" sanitary sewer, tributary connections and appurtenant works, was obtained in 1961 from Chesterfield Homes, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on March 10, 1961 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Chesterfield Homes, Inc., for utility purposes in Ward Subdivisions, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
