Body

WHEREAS, General Warranty Deeds have been received from JoAnn Hickle and from John Rowe and Barbara Rowe for right of way purposes along Shull Road;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts 0.092 acre, more or less, from JoAnn Hickle and hereby accepts 0.052 acre, more or less, from John Rowe and Barbara Rowe, for right of way purposes along Shull Road.

Section 2.  That said land is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B, both attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect in 30 days after the approval signature by the Mayor.
