Easement - Charles & Ethel Conkle
Title
TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON CARPENTER ROAD; FROM CHARLES E AND ETHEL CONKLE.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a 6" water main was obtained in 1963 from Charles E and Ethel Conkle; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on April 25, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Charles E and Ethel Conkle, for utility purposes on Carpenter Road said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
