WHEREAS, the Mayor has requested that in order to assist the Hockey Club Program at Gahanna Jefferson Schools we provide funds that were originally granted by the McConnell Foundation to the ice hockey program; and
WHEREAS, the school has authorized payment to the City of the funds provided from this grant for pass through to the hockey organization;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,100) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.432.5423, Recreation Program Escrow.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
