Title

TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 157, FOR THE RYAN OFFICE COMPLEX ON NORTH HAMILTON ROAD; FROM JOHN C AND JUDITH RYAN.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1972 from John C. and Judith Ryan; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on March 14, 1972 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from John C. and Judith Ryan, for Sewer Improvement No. 157, Ryan Office Complex on North Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
