WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from The Columbus Academy for waterline and bikeway purposes along Cherrybottom Road; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on November 22, 2005; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a waterline and a bikeway and appurtenant works thereto in an area along Cherrybottom Road near the The Columbus Academy, said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
