SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - General Bond Retirement Fund.

WHEREAS, general obligation bonds were issued June of 2015 with the first interest payment due on December 1, 2015; and
WHEREAS, at the time the bond Ordinance was passed, the Department of Finance was unsure of the amount that would be due in 2015 and the savings for the bonds that were refunded; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is needed to process the payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($30,815) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Bond Retirement Fund to Account 413.810.5811, General Bond Retirement Fund.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
