TO AMEND CODE SECTION 157.02, MEMBERSHIP, OF CHAPTER 157, RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Records Commission is recommending an amendment to the Codified Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the proposed revision will authorize Council to appoint another citizen member to the Records Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 157.02, Membership, of Chapter 157, Records Management Program, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 157.02, Membership, of Chapter 157, Records Management Program, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
