TO AMEND SECTION 335.12, STOPPING AFTER ACCIDENT UPON STREETS; COLLISION WITH UNATTENDED VEHICLE, OF CHAPTER 335, LICENSING; ACCIDENTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna is amending this section of code to further align with Chapter 335 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 335.12, Stopping After Accident Upon Streets; Collision With Unattended Vehicle, of Chapter 335, Licensing; Accidents, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict hereto are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
