SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - JOINT MAINTENANCE FACILITY BUILDING

WHEREAS, due to contract changes in the amount of $29,795, and due to reallocations in the amount of $20,205, the Director of Finance has requested additional funding for the Joint Maintenance Facility Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Eighty One Thousand to settle the costs of the 1994 Hamilton Road bill with Ohio Department of Transportation is hereby supplementally appropriated as follows:
From the General Fund in the amount of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($73,245) to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.
From the Water Fund in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($8,350) to Account No. 651.350.5596, Water Line Improvements.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
