WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is needed to purchase appropriate equipment for a response to a civil disturbance, protests, and/or mutual aid request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($17,775) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to the following accounts:
Account Number 101.211.5449, Radio Maintenance, $4,100
Account Number 101.211.5137, Police Uniform Allowance, $13,015
Account Number 101.211.5327, Police Range Supplies, $660.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-20003 passed January 2, 2003 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
