WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a General Warranty Deed for a 1.281 Acre parcel and a 1.345 acre parcel along East Johnstown Road at the Gahanna Grove Development, from Portrait Homes-Gahanna Grove, LLC for park land dedication purposes; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on November 9, 2007; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this General Deed in a timely fashion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed for a 1.281 Acre parcel and a 1.345 acre parcel along East Johnstown Road at the Gahanna Grove Development, from Portrait Homes-Gahanna Grove, LLC for park land dedication purposes; said General Warranty Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
