TO HONOR AND COMMEND CLEMENT TSAO ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT

WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor was held for CLEMENT TSAO; and
WHEREAS, as his service project to become an Eagle Scout CLEMENT TSAO organized a food drive, with several scouts helping him, and collected 242 food items to donate to Faith Mission to be distributed among the needy; and
WHEREAS, CLEMENT TSAO, serves an exemplary standard for youth of our community:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, honor and commend CLEMENT TSAO for his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
