TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN THE AREA OF THE WOODS AT SHAGBARK CONDOMINIUMS ON HAMILTON ROAD FOR A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND APPURTENANCES THERETO FROM THE STONEHENGE CO.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from The Stonehenge Company for sanitary sewer purposes in the area of the Woods at Shagbark Condominiums on Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on March 18, 2003; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a sanitary sewer line and appurtenances thereto in an area along Hamilton Road in the area of The Woods at Shagbark Condominiums from The Stonehenge Company, said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
