TO ACCEPT .544 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES ON TAYLOR STATION ROAD; FROM BELL & HOWELL COMPANY.

Body

WHEREAS, a right of way for highway purposes was obtained in 1985 from Bell & Howell Company for expanded right of way on Taylor Station Road; and

WHEREAS, that right of way was recorded on October 22, 1985 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, that right of way was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Quit Claim Deed from Bell & Howell Company for right of way purposes on Taylor Station Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
