SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - MODERN OFFICE METHODS
BODY
WHEREAS, the City entered a new copier lease agreement and in order to complete payment for buyout of previous lease agreement, funds need appropriated to the proper account; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the General Fund to the Information Technology Contract Servcies Fund, Account No. 101.348.5249.
Section 2. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
