Title
TO ACCEPT VARIOUS STRIP EASEMENTS FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN FOXBORO, SECTION 4; FROM ESTATES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Body
WHEREAS, easements for utility purposes were obtained in 1974 from Estates Development Corporation in Foxboro, Section 4; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on January 2, 1981 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Estates Development Corporation for utility purposes in Foxboro, Section 4, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
