WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna purchased property at 94 N. High Street which includes 12-1/2 feet off the south side of Lot No. 65 and all of Lot Number 66 in the City; and
WHEREAS, this deed was given to release the land contract dated May 15, 1991 and filed for record on May 28, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on February 20, 1997; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for purchase of property known as 94 N. High Street, said warranty deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
