TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER MAIN IN ROCKY FORK HEIGHTS AREA; FROM ROCKY FORK INC.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining an 8" water main was obtained in 1958 from Rocky Fork Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements was recorded on May 21, 1958 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Rocky Fork Inc., for utility purposes in Rocky Fork Heights, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
