WHEREAS, expansion of the Clerk of Court work area has recently been approved; and

WHEREAS, the Court office is in need of additional filing cabinets to fill that added space;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,500) is hereby transferred from the Account No. 1101.141.5511, Capital Projects, Lands & Buildings to Account No. 101.151.5511, Capital Projects, Mayors Court.

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
