RESOLUTION TO HONOR AND COMMEND MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY ON ACHIEVEMENT OF THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT

WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor was held for MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, on Sunday, December 8, 2002; and
WHEREAS, MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, joined the Boy Scouts of America in the fifth grade; and
WHEREAS, MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, participated in summer camps at Chief Logan Reservation; and
WHEREAS, MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, participated in The Frontiersmen and CIT (Counselor in Training) programs; and
WHEREAS, MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, has held the following positions during his scouting career: Patrol Leader, Librarian, Troop Guide, and currently serves as Junior Assistant Scout Master; and
WHEREAS, for the past two years MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, has been a member of Amnesty International; and
WHEREAS, MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY, serves as an exemplary standard for the youth of our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, honor and commend MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY for attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.
Section 2. That MITCHELL TOENISKOETTER DAY is given our heartfelt thanks for being a good citizen and is wished success in all his future endeavors.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
