TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH LEANING POLE GRAPHICS, INC., FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SITE LOCATION MAPS; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Cost Proposal has been received from Leaning Pole Graphics, Inc., to update the graphic illustrations of the Industrial sites, aerial photographs and notation of site amenities in a profile format; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Development has recommended this proposal and it is necessary to proceed at the earliest possible date all for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Leaning Pole Graphics, Inc. for the development of site location maps, said Cost Proposal attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of $4,950 was set aside in the 1999 Appropriations to Account No. 101.343.5253, Development Planning, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That, for the reasons set forth in the preamble herein above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
